ABV 48.6% – 50%
Hobart Whisky have decided not to restrict the abv to a particular percentage and instead aim to always cut their Signature release to between 46% and 50%. This however means that each batch abv % will vary slightly.

Freshly baked apple pie with cinnamon, raisins, sweet crust pastry and vanilla custard.
Marzipan icing with hints of vanilla bean over malty and clean oak foundations. Fizzy sherbet overtones lend this classic bourbon cask dram a lovely zing and brightness. A couple of drops of water serve to sweeten the sensation and open some subtle floral tones.
Long and super clean with a lingering semi-sweet sherbet fizz with hints of almond providing a very pleasant semi- dry conclusion.

Hobart Whisky are a family-owned distillery based in Hobart, Tasmania, and their philosophy is entirely based around making whisky for them, that they love, and want to share.
Hobart Whisky started developing their distillery in 2014 and started producing in 2015. Despite being one of the first dozen Tasmanian distilleries, they flew under the radar for quite a while, and in this time concentrated on making whisky.
Not all expressions are the same, and it’s important to Hobart Whisky that everyone can drink them as they do. Hobart Whisky hand bottle and label each release in their distillery with each bottle having its own identifying bottle number.
Hobart Whisky bears testimony to their Tasmanian malted barley, fermented with style, gently distilled with grace, then sweetly rested in hand selected oak casks.
Each small batch holds its own distinctive characteristics and signature.
